Our continued focus on R&D has resulted in several pharmaceutical breakthroughs, such as Korea's 1st new drug - Sunpla (anticancer drug), the world's 1st anti-arthritis patch - Trast (piroxicam patch) and Korea's 1st new herbal drug - Joins (anti-arthritis).
Sustained marketing efforts have enabled us to be a leading company in Korea, particularly in the areas of anti-arthritis, gastro-intestinal and cardiovascular agents. To accelerate our growth, we have strategically expanded our domains into bio-pharmaceuticals by the acquisition of Dong Shin Pharmaceuticals, the domestic leader in vaccine and blood preparation in 2001.
Acquiring Korean cGMP in 1991 and European GMP certification in 1999, we have continued to export high quality products to European and Asian countries. |
